In 2022, we received an ISO 17025:2017 certification, becoming the first ever converter processor to have our laboratory certified by an organization for standardization. We deployed the Supplier Services Platform (SSP) in 2016, the first digital platform with comprehensive tools to help recyclers collect, evaluate, and track their material profitably. Our drive for change pushed us to shorten the turnaround rate to 10-15 business days and lower lot requirements to 150 units, enhancing hedging options and increasing processing efficiency for our suppliers.
